Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
International
For orders outside Malaysia, processing takes 1–3 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Important
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or carrier fees will be borne by the recipient.
Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and any carrier-related fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and must be paid upon delivery. We are not liable for any customs delays, and international shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return, products must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note the following:

Sale items and socks are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns for products with normal wear and tear, stains, accidental, or cosmetic damages.

Defective items received upon delivery are eligible for return.
To request a return, please email us at ceevomy@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request – [Your Order Number]". Be sure to include your name, image of the product and reason for the return in your message.
Once your request is received, we’ll provide you with the return instructions, including the shipping address. We recommend sending your parcel with a reliable courier that offers tracking, as you’ll be responsible for the package until it safely reaches us.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Once we have received and inspected your items, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return and 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. We’ll send you a confirmation email once we've completed processing so you'll be updated on the status of the refund.
