Orders & Payment

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

Generally, only one promo code can be applied per order. However, during certain sales or promotions, selected codes may be stackable. We’ll always make it clear on the promotion details if stacking is allowed.

Can I choose the currency I pay in?

All payments are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). If you’re shopping from overseas, your bank or card provider may convert the charge into your local currency.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, online banking (FPX), e-wallets, and other payment methods available at checkout.

How can I check on my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order ships, you’ll receive another email with a tracking link.

I haven't received my order confirmation email, what should I do?

Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us at ceevomy@gmail.com.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received an incorrect item, please email ceevomy@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product received. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

I've been charged wrongly for my purchase, what should I do?

If you notice a billing error, contact us at ceevomy@gmail.com and we’ll investigate immediately.

I've gotten confirmation on getting a refund for my order. How long will the refund take?

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. We’ll send you a confirmation email once your refund is completed.

Delivery time depends on your location.

How do I track my package?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your parcel’s journey.

I've made a mistake and need to change my shipping address. How do I do it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately at ceevomy@gmail.com with your order number and updated address. Once shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

I want my order ASAP, do you have next day delivery?

At this time, we don’t offer next-day delivery. Please refer to our shipping timelines at checkout for more details.

It's been over 14 days since my order shipped and I have yet to receive anything. What should I do?

Please contact us at ceevomy@gmail.com and we’ll help track your package with the courier.

Can I pick up an order or drop off a return from your headquarters?

We don’t offer self pick-up or drop-off. All orders and returns must be shipped.

Will I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or carrier fees will be borne by the recipient.

Please note:
Import duties, taxes, and carrier-related fees are not included in your order total. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and must be paid upon delivery.

We are not liable for customs delays, and international shipping fees are non-refundable.

What if my package includes a preorder item?

If your order includes a preorder item, all items will be shipped together once the preorder is fulfilled.

Exchanges & Returns

Do you accept exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, we recommend returning your original purchase (if eligible) and placing a new order.

How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return, products must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note:
– Sale items and socks are not eligible for return.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.
– We cannot accept returns for normal wear and tear, stains, accidental, or cosmetic damages.
– Defective items received upon delivery are eligible for return.

To request a return, email us at ceevomy@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request – [Your Order Number]". Include your name, an image of the product, and the reason for the return.

Once your request is received, we’ll provide you with return instructions, including the shipping address. We recommend using a reliable courier with tracking, as you’ll be responsible for the package until it safely reaches us.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once we have received and inspected your items, please allow 5–7 business days to process your return and an additional 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed.
